ISUFST, led by no less than University President Dr. Nordy D. Siason, Jr., joins the Opening Rites of the Philippine ROTC Games Visayas Qualifying Leg this Sunday, May 26, at Pana-ad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City. Themed “Husay ng ROTC, Husay ng Kabataan,” the event is set from May 26 to June 1, 2024.
