Qualification Standards
Education: BS Legal Management, AB Paralegal Studies, Law, Political Science or other allied courses
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Experience: 8 hours of training relevant to legal work, such as legal ethics, legal research and writing, or legal procedure
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
Competency: Must have knowledge in conducting legal research and analyzing case law and statutes. Proficient in written and verbal communication for drafting correspondence and interacting with clients. The role also requires demonstrating expertise in interpreting and implementing the Revised Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (RACCS).
