The ISUFST Citizen’s Charter serves as the University’s official guide to the services it provides to students, employees, alumni, stakeholders, and the general public. It outlines the procedures, documentary requirements, processing times, applicable fees, and responsible offices for each frontline service, promoting transparency, accountability, and efficient public service delivery in accordance with Republic Act No. 11032 (Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018).
