
This Friday, January 17, 2025, the San Joaquin School of Fisheries celebrated a significant milestone with a heartfelt closing ceremony at Social Hall of the Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology (ISUFST) Main Campus-Tiwi Site. The event honored the achievements of 28 Senior High School students who successfully completed their specialized work immersion programs, with 12 focusing on Fish Processing Technology and 16 on Aquaculture. The rites not only recognized the students’ hard work but also reaffirmed the school’s dedication to shaping skilled professionals for the fisheries industry. In their messages, the graduates expressed gratitude to the institution and pledged to use their expertise to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the fisheries sector, both locally and globally.
