ISUFST mentors from across its campuses showcased leadership, creativity, camaraderie, and excellence, bringing home a remarkable haul of awards at the 13th Philippine iTransform Leaders Convention, held from September 4–8, 2026, at Teachers’ Camp, Baguio City. With nearly 800 delegates from different regions across the Philippines, the ISUFST delegation stood out through outstanding performances, cultural pride, and exemplary mentorship.
Leading the charge was Dr. John Christian B. Salarza, USC Adviser of Main Tiwi Campus, who was named Most Outstanding Mentor, while also helping secure the Champion title in the Cheers and Yells Competition and serving as SGM-1 Deputy Commissioner. Joining him in the victory were Prof. Jonard Verdeflor of Dingle Campus, Best in Cultural Attire and Best Solid Group; Prof. Ernie Pedregosa of Dumangas Campus, Champion in the Cheers and Yells Competition and SGM-1 Onliner; Dr. Kenth Mark Salcedo of San Enrique Campus, Best Solid Group and SGM-3 Onliner; and Prof. Princess Myka B. Palec of Main Poblacion Site, SGM-2 Onliner.
Together, they proved that ISUFST mentors don’t just lead but also inspire, compete, and make their university proud!
