The Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology (ISUFST) continues to expand its international academic linkages following a meaningful academic engagement with Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PRU) in Thailand.
During the visit, ISUFST Vice President for Academic Affairs expressed heartfelt appreciation to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yongyut Kham and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Preang Kitratporn, President of Phranakhon Rajabhat University, for the warm welcome and productive academic discussions.

The engagement explored opportunities for both institutions to further strengthen their partnership through the revival of the Thai-English Extension Program, joint development of micro-credential programs, and the exploration of Transnational Education (TNE) initiatives.
These proposed academic collaborations are envisioned to create new opportunities for students and faculty, promote international academic exchange, and extend the universities’ educational contributions to their respective communities in the Philippines and Thailand.

ISUFST looks forward to translating the ideas and discussions from the academic visit into concrete and sustainable initiatives that will contribute to quality education, internationalization, innovation, and stronger global partnerships.
The University remains committed to building meaningful international collaborations that broaden academic opportunities and strengthen its role as a globally engaged institution.
Khop khun krab! (Thank you!)
